aunt lynn called us at 5:20 yesterday as we were getting ready to go out and asked if we wanted to go to the sox game tonight at 7:11. one phone call to a great friend to watch the little kids (only 4 tickets) and we were out the door! Thanks to Sarah or I would have been the "babysitter"
FREE tickets, FREE parking a first place team who can beat this?
we sat 2nd row behind the sox dug out this picture is to show how close we really were.
finally in the 14th, that's right 14th inning we got a game ball. the game went 15 innings with a home run to win the game, In fact we saw the fireworks 3 times this game, it was so great!
sox win... finally the game ended at midnight, Thankfully Sarah kept the kids over night so we were able to stay the entire game
this picture is a tradition for me and sky
thanks to uncle gladdy and aunt lynn for thinking of us we had a GREAT time
a little fun as we leave "the cell"

O.k. you know how the Chinese are all about singing traditinal songs? When they ask us to sing one of the American traditional songs, our repitoire contains "Take Me Out to the Ballgame!" (We also sing "Santa Claus is Coming to Town"). We are taking a cooling class in a couple of days, and we are hoping to make them a traidional American dish like apple pie -mmmmm.
