another first for us at Disney was the flower and garden show so this segment of the blog is for clever gardening ideas we liked.

here we are down state we all stayed in the dorms this year which was great, convenient, cheap and fun. This was the girls (and G) room ours was way bigger than the boys.

well the sitting only lasted so long then the seat cushion became a surf board
hooray if you look behind liv you will see the first friar on the podium since David Rill in 1987, . It was a great day for fenwick track.

happy memorial day to all

we celebrated the soldiers and our freedom they fight for the same way we do every year. Beginning with fireworks!
we tried out a new, cheaper, viewing local this year and two thumbs up on saving $23 in parking from me.
very fun
and we caught the water cannon on the river on the way back perfect.
and then our always F-U-N BBQ at the Lourias on Monday. David started a new tradition a wiffle ball game which was a big hit! Grandpa even got to enjoy watching up close.

G got his own stick ready and this picture doesn't even come close to showing how filthy he was, he left a ring around their bathtub. sorry guys next year don't clean till after we leave.

here's another instalment

here we are at midway being delayed 2 1/2 hours. you will see we pulled out the lap top movie before we even left the city!
finally in sunny Fl. we picked up our rental car and drove to one of our favorite restaurants trails end and fort wilderness for dinner. However it took us a while to find our hotel (remember this part of the trip was a prize we won so I didn't know anything about the hotel) we ended up calling and they guided us in. by that time we were all exhausted from the day of travel and wished we would have skipped the nice dinner. we all went right to bed to get ready for our day at sea world!
here we are
this is their roller coaster it is, well it leaves your head spinning. At 65 mph it goes upside down 7 x. WOW this was fun!
while me and the boys went on Kraken David took the little kids to feed the seals. don't worry we switched after and D got to go upside down too.
this was the dolphin show, the best I have ever seen, in fact this was most of our favorite thing at the park

of coarse most people call it shamus show

we were very happy to find the fountains, it was hot even D and I got in

this is out of order for some reason, could be that it is 1 am. this is us in the "soak zone" at Shamu
he was HUGE! I really think he was bigger than a bus.
a great day at sea world and a great prize!
now sky had heard about this the worlds biggest Mcdonalds on the travel channel so when we drove past we had to stop. No we did not eat there remember our rules - no mcd"s on vacation. the entire upstairs is an arcade that's where this was. The weird thing is that they serve more that Mcd's food, they had deli sandwiches and pasta not sure about that.and the play land wasn't all I expected.
this just says it all. What luck that we found it!

Hooray we are here!!!

as is our tradition, first dinner is always at Ohana. B loves their chicken wings,
and Mike this one is for you, we LOVE the bread pudding!
then we took a monorail ride and Liv got us in the front car, something we have never done, it was totally cool.
For us you are not really at Disney until you step on main street and ride Buzz light year, yes we come so much that we have a procedure.
The fast pass keeper Brooke gave us goes in to use for Space mountain
we took the ferry to go to MGM to meet up with Dan and Sarah
Gray was so brave riding the T.O.T and as is tradition got the T.O.T shirt "I suggest you take the stairs" when we asked did you like it he said "yes but I don't want to go on again"
Madison wanted pig tails like livs so she was more than happy to solve that problem
Madison loves uncle dave of coarse gray isn't so ready to share him
on Tuesday the other Rills came over to our pool to swim and have lunch with us

David was determined to get sawyer to like him on this trip, and it worked!
And more fun people to play with, Chris and Janet Rapp come , we ate together at Japan (never did it before)
Chris doesn't waist any time making great suggestions
